A rich and intense bouquet, infused with the aromas of sun-wilted roses, cherries, and red forest fruits. It culminates in a prolonged, elegant finish. The grapes are handpicked to prevent damage. The tannin is silky, thanks to délestage technique, which involves the draining and re-pouring of the juice over the grape skins during maceration.
